I purchased this Paperback edition of Color the Psalms: Inspired to Grace: Christian Coloring Books: Day & Night: A Unique White & Black Background Bible Verse Adult Coloring Book For ... Spiritual Prayer, Relaxation & Stress Relief) by Inspired To Grace Adult Coloring Books for myself as there is a group of ladies from my church that get together and color and these are perfect! I own other books from this series and they are very high quality books and beautiful designs. I have purchased many adult coloring books and I was very pleased with the patterns in this book. These are quite unique as I have not come across any other Christian coloring books prior to this series and whether you are using it for personal worship or in a Bible Study setting, Color the Psalms will help you strengthen your relationship with the Lord! The beautiful designs range from simpler to a bit more elaborate in detail which makes it great for any age, skill, or amount of time you wish to spend coloring. I have attached a few of the sample images from this book for you to view the range of designs that it includes. The book has a black background and a white background of each design. I am now a huge fan of the black background because it really does make the colors pop! Gel pens would be great for this book. The book is 8.5 by 11 inches, the cover has a classy suede finish, and the coloring pages are not perforated and the pages do not bleed through when coloring.Art Therapy has many health benefits. There are several types of issues that it can be helpful for such as Dementia and Alzheimer's, PTSD, blood pressure, focus and meditation, and to reduce anxiety. I personally enjoy Art Therapy Coloring as a nighttime activity and to reduce anxiety.
I purchased this color the Psalms: Inspired to grace christian coloring book for myself and my little one. I've been going through some major health issues lately and one of the things I like to do with my little one is color. It's relaxing and it lets me spend quality time doing something with my child. I picked these christian coloring books of all the others because I thought they were very uplifting and I know reading some of these while coloring will help me keep the faith and trust in the Lord through my struggles. They are also going to be very pretty once colored that they would even look nice framed and hung up, which is exactly what I'm going to do on a few of these. I would post a bunch of pictures on what is inside but I have noticed that others have already, though I will probably post a couple later on, when I have a few completed and possibly even framed for you to see. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend these Christian color books to my friends and family.
