Usable recipes for quick easy meals. A nice collection. Who knew so many variations can be created using a Pressure Cooker?My only reserve was the book formatting could have had more attention so the piece looked tighter and well constructed. Shifting pages for recipe pieces was awkward in a few cases however it did not take away from the concept of cooking great meals in a Pressure Cooker. Overall the author opened the door for those unfamiliar with using that Pressure Cooker they got for a present from Mom and Dad.

This collection of books, This box set has got unlimited numbers of recipes which you could try! Until now passed almost 5 days from the day i bought it and i already tested 3 recipes!
