This book is ok but it is missing some important information. When going though the list of items required it states you need a thermometer. This is true but you need a candy or and infrared thermometer. Wick is another thing. The author states you can buy a packet of X for $X. That is all well and good but she doesn't go into the different types of wick eg cotton, wooden etc. The other thing is scents. This book is for Aromatherapy but oils like that are dreadfully expensive so perhaps the author should have also suggested fragrance oils for those on a budget. Also how much to use. I am a candle maker and make a wide range of candles in glass containers. It is important to get the scent right so it is not overpowering nor underwhelming. 10mls is a good start to a 100ml container.
