This is a comprehensive, easy to read book covering everything you need to know about the Fire TV stick.
I am a senior citizen with very little computer knowledge. My son had to come over to set up my VCR, then my DVD player,and My computer and Kindle. I checked this out when I got my new Fire Stick, and, following the directions, was able to set up my Fire Stick ALL BY MYSELF!! Talk about a confidence builder.
Even though I have already learned a lot of these things. I wish I could have known about this book when I first got my (first) Fire Stick. Tons of information here, for those new to a a Fire Stick, and those who don't go poking "under the hood" as I always do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone who is new to a Fire Stick, who isn't sure this is the right gadget for them, or those who have one and simply need help in understanding how it works. I love my Fire Stick so much I bought another for my granddaughter.
This is a good book for the owner of Fire TV stick, or a person contemplating the same. It will help you in so many areas. My biggest criticism is the area on Sling TV, which is literally a sales prep and users guide for that service. It's just ridiculous. By contrast, there is virtually nothing on problems setting up or maintaining the device, if you have wifi issues or other tech problems he is of no help. I wish I had purchased another ebook other than this one.
Really informative and an easy read. I had not bought a Fire TV Stick yet at the time of getting this guide, and was looking for some simple explanation that would help me decide. This book has done just that : given me easy to understand instruction and knowledge. I am now going to order my Fire TV Stick and tell the high prices cable company "bye bye."

Almost everything was covered beautifully except the companies that we are getting our tv from. Since it didn't mention if it could mess with my Dish programming I was worried if I would mess it up or maybe disconnect from them. But it worked wonderfully. Written for a beginner. Thanks.
