Interested parties beware! This book does not cover .22 and shotgun ammo boxes. The description doesn't tell you this and the title is a bit misleading. Otherwise the book is very well done and worth the money to any serious collector.
Recommend this book highly. Those of you who are looking for detailed history concerning Winchester Cartridges and Weapons they were used in, this is definitely the book for you. Unbelieveable detail, presented in and easy to follow format. High Quality book and one that will bring countless hours of satisfaction reading and reading again. very informative book for the past history of winchester ammo boxes. There are so many that it gets very confusing but this helps with the pictures and descriptions.
