90% of the recipes are something I would make, the rest are just not to my liking. I have made 4things out of book, but I must watch my blood sugar so it is a special treat when I do one. I recommend it for anyone, it doesn't matter how good you are in the kitchen. Easy to fallow instructions.
I cant wait to try every one of these yummy recipes. Not one bad recipe in the whole book! I have purchased cookbooks that were ten dollars that werent as good as this ninety nine cent book. Buy it and you wont be diappointed. Luv it!
