These little books are gems. Small but dynamite ideas! For many a supper when I don't feel like dragging out the big books I rely on these tasty offerings. What I love most is 50 meatball recipes all in a row. I don't have to look at several different books. Fifty offerings is plenty to choose from. I must say I always look for "Julie Hatfield". She has terrific recipes in all her books. I have purchased over 50 of these mini cookbooks. Easy to look things up. Now I don't forget which recipe is in what old book!! The biggest plus for me is in every recipe there is a nutritional count. So I know how much salt, sugar, carbs, cholesterol and more I'm getting per portion. Pictures are a super bonus, as is the price!
There are numerous recipes that are very tasty. I subtracted one star because the recipes are good, but nothing outstanding .Too bad it isn't available in print because I don't have a tablet to use and you cannot copy/paste the recipes (which I tried so I could have a print copy to use while preparing the recipes.
Meatballs can be made ahead and kept in the freezer for when you need them. I like them and so does my family. This is a good little book with recipes for making different types. Who wants to eat the same old thing every time? Obviously not me.
I find the sauces for the meatballs more important than the meat balls.
I love trying new recipes and have added this to my collection. I also love my Kindle and having my recipes available in this format is great. No more torn pages or missing books. I'm happy.
Some really good recipes with easy to find ingredients. Shows that you don't need bizarre ingredients for really tasty food.
Meat balls are easy to make and very delicious they can be baked boiled and broiled barbecued and no matter how you fix them they are so good.
Got this to go along with another cook book at the time; I always enjoy finding new ideas and methods and different ways to serve food. Great little presentation...worth the expense.
