I bought this book because I am curious on how people can do hacking. This book talks about the fundamentals of hacking, the types of hacker and the tools they use. After reading this book, I believe that it is really important to have the knowledge and skills in hacking and be a white hat hacker so that it can help businesses and organizations develop and enhance their digital security. Very informative book!
It's a great hackjing book for those not well-versed in computers because it has a lot of definitions of terms. I wasn't really looking for that since I learned that from another hacking book. I was looking for something more hands on where I can really practice some hacking techniques. The good news is that there are some great chapters here that separate this book from the other hacking books and articles I've read. It covers phishing, wireless network intruding and several other sources and tools for hacking. Other parts like the history of viruses didn't cut it for me but I think some people might be fascinated with those because at least the writing is good..
This is a mainstream for teens and generational kids. This is also one thing that I want to learn that's why I bought this book. This book is just impressive! I got more curious about this stuff and learned those tech terminologies I wasn't able to understand before. The author did a good job of explaining different techniques and walking you through what you need to know. I am actually looking forward for a VLOG for this such so I can see the exciting output. Thanks for taking time to share your thoughts, it was a good read!
A good book as a source of information and guide and a good place to educate oneself of hacking. I personally don’t believe that just by reading these, a person and 100% successfully utilize them, so I only bought this as a source to see the insides. There was mostly the basics (as I see it) of hacking and any concepts related to it. I am now more familiar and updated with the whole idea of ‘hacking’, its tools, skills, programs, techniques etc. Helpful as long as an individual doesn’t use these the wrong way.*wink* I was absorbed by the password cracking info. And also the list on the most notorious computer hackers in history. I wish there was more details on that than just a single paragraph
Hacking is the process of altering the software and hardware of a computer to accomplish things that are outside of the user's real purpose. This book provides basic ideas and concepts related to the computer hacking. I just bought this book since I was curious how people can do hacking. I enjoyed reading this book after all. Never thought that they could hack my computer's information in some simple ways. But I'm not planning to do that, though.
Great information! I found this book really informative it is written for beginners and its very well explained the fundamental concept of hacking very well. This book explained hacking in an easy language that anyone could understand and contains meaningful tips or techniques. This guide provides a complete overview of hacking and I got everything i needed to know from reading this book. I will definitely recommend this book!
This book is very fundamentally defined and talks about the whole thing first before going into the details. After having read this book, I can say that I have learned a lot about Hacking and the important things you can use it for. There are also big secrets revealed in here in which you would not know or learn in other books. I just like the way the author has put out this book! What a worthwhile read!
This is almost perfect! In just few minutes I was able to learn the basics of the so-called phishing technique employed by black-hat hackers. I don't have any hacking planned in mind, but I'd want to protect my networks as much as possible so this book is exactly helping me with that. With this piece it's like exploring and reading the minds of hackers. You get to know what and how they attack and the tools they used for attacking.
