This book is very well written and easy to read. I love the fact that the time was taken to record this wonderful knowledge for future generations to learn. We should never lose these skills, if we do we will be much poorer for it.
This book was not as enjoyable as most books for me to read. It is limited in its scope and could have covered more interesting subject about other housecrafts. Having lived half my life in the area I know of what I speak. It is not one of the better Foxfire books.
This was a very enjoyable read, though I wish I had looked at the length before I purchased it, as I read the whole thing in between a couple of classes today. However, it was packed full of awesome information and cool stories about "old times". I'd give it five stars if it was longer :)
I recommend all the Foxfire books to everybody who reads. I've been enjoying them ever since the first one was published, years ago. So glad they are now available in digital format.
