This is an excellent cookbook designed for microwave cooking. The recipes are easy to make and easy to clean up after. Everything that I have made so far is delicious.
A real time saver!! The best it offers, for me, is how to prepare a roux. I misplaced my copy some time ago and was thrilled to find it available on for only a dollar. Higly recommend it.
I lost my copy of this cookbook that I have had since the early 1980s. So happy to find it. Now, if I can just find Tout de Suite a la Microwave II!
