The food in this book is truly amazing. While I haven't ever visited Vietnam, this book shows you how to serve food that is identical to what you get when you visit Vietnam. I have been to restaurants and the food is the same as I was served there. The best part of this book is the pictures which show you exactly what you can expect when following the recipes. The ingredients aren't hard to find and I loved being able to try different ones and figure out which one I liked best!

Great recipe book to introduce Vietnamese cooking. Recipes are easy and yummy. Some ingredients are a little difficult to find but the taste makes up for the search.
