The Florences' depression glass books are legendary, and for good reason; they're well-written, comprehensive, and authoritative. This one, about very rare patterns, is worth studying just in case you come across that once-in-a-lifetime find at a garage sale or auction.This was a used book, but it's worthwhile having different editions on the same subject - some of the older books have different write-ups than the newer ones.Other volumes from their catalog that I've read include Collector s Encyclopedia of Depression Glass,19th Edition (Collector's Encyclopedia of Depression Glass), Elegant Glassware of the Depression Era Thirteenth Edition, and Kitchen Glassware of the Depression Years Seventh Edition.All highly recommended.
