Larry Bennett's work is a great desktop reference and tutorial for network managers. Even though related products such as Trouble Ticket and Systems Monitor have been replaced, the book contains a lot of common sense approaches to the various problems we face. I hope an update is in the works that will address NetView version 5 and the current Tivoli TME10 related products. Christopher Six
