Heading south, the tour explores Erath Winery in Oregon and onto California's Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Conn Creek Winery, and Antica Napa Valley.

John was an old fiend of mine and I just had to buy this edition. I love seeing him on the cover. And the wines and recipes are worth giving at least oneor two a try. He had a good vision!
John Sarich, great master chef at Ste. Michelle Vineyard, has amazed a beautiful array of recipes with fine wines. His untimely passing makes this volume his best.
