This book is full of recipes that somebody found on Pinterest, and the last 30 pages were nothing but advertisements for other books. Not saying that the recipes are bad...some of them are quite delicious. It's just not what I expected or hoped for. Zero original content.

I just love this Puff Pastry book!! It has so many wonderful recipes, it's hard to choose which one you want to make first!I tried them all and they are soooo good!! You have to try them!!This book is a great buy! I love it!
I thought the book was decent, but not great. The author did give instructions for making homemade puff pastry, but most of the time, store bought puff pastry was used.
Okay but just not enough interesting recipes.
The recipes sound good and easy to prepare.
This book teaches you about puff a pastry how to fix basis dough and it has some really great recipes for what to put inside. But the cheese straws are my favorite. Thank you and enjoy your day.
Yes that matters to me. I like to see the finished product. Not only as proof that it's actually possible to accomplish, but that the author made it themselves and isn't writing down just anything that pops into their head.As for the rest of this book, it was short on details. It offered a list of ingredients, gave skimpy instructions, then as you had leftover items were then told what to do with them. Instead of clarifying what each were for in nice organized categories like most cookbook authors do. Such as chicken base, dressing, glaze, etc.I found two recipes of interest.
