The book contains a lot of information given from an interesting and thought-provoking perspective. Even though I was already familiar with much of the information, the angles from which it was presented in this book, really got me thinking. There were times, however, when the author drew some conclusions that did not seem to logically flow from the information the author was giving. Overall, the book is worth reading, unfortunately, the typos, poor grammar, poor punctuation and poor sentence structure throughout the book made it a little irritating to read. At one point, the Antichrist was referred to as "the Antitrust" and the 7 year tribulation was referred to as the "7 day tribulation." Several sentences within the book were so poorly written, that they actually meant the complete opposite of what the author intended. I would have liked to read some of the author's other books, just for the interesting perspective, but I just can't deal with the poor grammar and punctuation. I will look elsewhere for books pertaining to biblical events.
If you enjoy learning about what is in store for Christians in the future you will really enjoy this book. The author has really done his research and has organized the information in a very pleasing way. If you want to know more about the Rapture, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the Tribulation this book describes each briefly but with enough detail to capture the imagination. There is also a chapter on what eternity will be like and what we will be doing for all eternity. I thought this book was very well written and exciting.~The Rebecca Review
I enjoyed this book immensely. Besides the ever vicious argument whether the Rapture is true and it is a big contention among many Christians. It should not be and it is an argument that is best to be avoided. I myself even question the idea of it but I tend to believe in it more than not for many reasons. This book has pointed out some very good ones. I like to imagine the awesome events that will happen I hope in my lifetime and so does Mr Roberts. So whether one believes or not it is a good guide for the case for it. It is something that Christians should stop arguing over and respect what we all believe one way or another. It is not make salvation nill and void if we believe or not in Rapture but it might effect where you spend the time between it and Christ's Second Coming. I've read reviews critizcizing the grammar, spelling and such, but have they not notice it happens in many Kindle books? I have noticed it in many and wonder if it is the authors or the editors or whomever that cause it. I liked the book and he does make you imagine what it all will be like to live the promises of God in the here and hereafter. Awesome is the word I always use. Food for thought, though it is not all considered dogma and he states this many times.
There is alot of reference back to Bible verses, but this was very uplifting. Anyone who believes in the Rapture or hopes to be included, will realize that what C. Roberts tells us about getting ready and changing our ways is very true.
I compared the NIV next to the KJV and was very surprised how much was missing in the NIV bible. Some of Jesus's own spoken quotes were missing words, or left off whole sentences. Some words were replaced by replacement words and it slightly changes the meaning of the scripture. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed your books, I thought they were well written (except for maybe some editting issues) but that is nit picking because I understood what you meant. I think if you used the KJV to show the verses it would contain the whole verse word for word, especially on the verses that Jesus spoke. Just my opinion, but I would not like to take the bible out of context for even one word, especially for the reasons of an easier bible to understand.
One of the best books I have ever read about the end time. It explains things so clearly. I have a much better understanding of the future.
im so glad this man seems to know whom the holy spirit speaks to and whom it does not. thank you for the enlightenment. he says anyone who does not believe in his version of the rapture is uneducated and led astray. do yourself a favor and study scripture yourself and come to your own conclusion but i dont think you will gain anything more than a misguided opinion from this book.
Price was right. Enjoyed the biblical cross references. Made sense. Looked for more of Mr Roberts' books because I enjoyed this one.
