I waited literally forever for this book and it's no different than even the basic eBay for Dummies type of books that you saw a lot of 10+ years ago. Even worse, this "newly published" book has outdated information in it.For example, the listing of eBay fees that Skip has in the book are ALL WRONG. So are his Final Value Fees. FVFs are 10% of the sale (up to $250 max) on any given item sold. (And this is all verified on eBay's website.) According to Skip, the FVFs are 11%. For items that sell exceeding $50 would be 11% and an additional 6% of the difference. Um, sorry, Skip. That's not accurate. You can go directly to eBay's website and look up their fees and they are NOTHING like what you have listed including your lengthy list of listing fees (since, for many listings, there aren't listing fees anymore except for enhancements like "bold," etc.).And if Skip is this off base with something as simple and easy to find on eBay's site as their listing and FVFs, then what else is he explaining in this book that is misleading people??Everything else is just a bunch of mumbo jumbo about how to start an account, how to get feedback, how to get products from places such as closeout magazines and trade shows, how to buy shipping supplies and print a shipping label, how to become a Powerseller by selling a certain dollar amount of products (and yet never indicates what types of products to sell), blah, blah, blah...This could have been useful in 1999 but, well...
