Perfect, couldn't have picked a better book for my nephew (I might have read it a bit before giving it to him) Easy to read step by step instructions on how to do some cool things with a educational game he loves.
Most of this book is geared towards the PC version of this game. The child I gave this to, has the Xbox version and found he couldn't use a lot of it. I also thought there would be more regarding circuit building and creating your own mods. It has very limited information and the first half of the book is pretty much unrelated basic information.
Got this book for my 9 year old son for Christmas. It was next to his new bike and guess which item he loved the most?!! This book! He has read it cover to cover multiple times and took it to school to share with his friends.
When I bought this I failed to notice that there is a comma after the word 'Building'. I was trying to find a book on building mods, not building and mods, so it's my bad. I'm sure its a wonderful book for its intended purpose. But it doesn't tell how to create a mod, which is what my granddaughter wants to learn to do. Just wanted to make sure someone else doesn't make the same mistake. But for people wanting to learn about mods and how to integrate them, it's a good book.
Got hear a day early and I love it. I'm obsessed with minecraft!
