EDITED 8.7.14Well, some good news! I was contacted by the publisher (YAY) and they sent me a PDF with the missing pages AND posted them above in the customer photos section. Excellent help by the person who a. looked into it, b. found the answers, c. made sure not only did I get the information, but that the information was made available easily in a public forum. Many kudos to the individual!I am updating my rating to 5 stars. Are the valuations throughout the catalog perfect? Of course not, nor are medical textbooks full of the latest information, so I look at those as guidelines and confirm elsewhere. Also, not EVERY variant is discussed, but that would be outside the scope of a resource such as this and overall a most excellent job is done when pointing out 'varieties exist'. Given the overall improvements to the layout and the truly 'standard' nature of the catalog are what make this worthy of the star upgrade.The person who contacted me also graciously offered a coupon or discount which was very nice. However, I generally order things on 'special offers' anyway so I did not accept it. It was a nice customer service touch to offer though.Also, once this person was involved I can only say nice things about the efforts made by the company to correct things...I would only recommend that the company should review the way the emails are handled and their phone access. However, that sort of thing has nothing to do with the product itself and does not enter into the rating. The product itself has been redeemed by the added information, and so far I have not noted (or heard of anyone else noting) an issue with the content.
