The book it's OK, but I found many mistakes in it! For example, there are no list for coins from Turks & Caicos, Tuvalu neither Turkmenistán; there are coins no listed there although in the previous edition they were, and another errors.
Missing many countries, to say nothing of only posting to 2012 in most major countries; arranged badly (not really by date, or by type, or by grouping. Numbering is right but posted out of order (not by number or date). In Thailand, almost impossible to find coins--not in any sequencing at all! I am not sure anyone is editing this any more. It used to be the standard for all cataloging, but now is a nightmare to wade through, and unfortunately there is little alternative!
Great Catalog with all the information a coin collector would need for pricing and values of world coins.
I already own the earlier editions from 1600, 1700, 1800, & 1900. They are all great reference guides.
Massive collection of data; a real labor of love. Must-have information, now in very modern form!
It is as advertised. A complete world coin reference book based on RS Yeoman book.
