Whether you're a newcomer to the magic of Panama City Beach or you have a chest full of memories, this book is for you. Packed with pictures of a time that has passed by, this book lets us relive those moments. You'll enjoy seeing what used to be where and learning some of the history of the area. I bought one book and came back and bought two more for gifts. I'm anxiously awaiting the next J. D. Weeks book on Panama City Beach.
I'm really into photography and vintage items, so this book filled with all these old postcard photos was AWESOME!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone out there who shares my interests.
I lived on Long Beach Resort from around 1946-1948. We lived right across highway from where the Casino used to be. Our house was behind the old water tower. These pictures have brought back so many memories of that area. The area has changed so much since I was a little girl living there. The pictures really mean a lot to me trying to remember what it looked like back before all the condos and other changes.
