This is a textbook that my son needed for a college class, believe it or not. The information is really comprehensive and I find myself caught up and reading it as well. At times the information seems dated...the "points to ponder" questions which he frequently gets for homework are really difficult for an "under 21" reader to answer.
A convoluted and disorganized read. Like a minor hell on earth trying to separate fact from the author's ramblings. Not recommended.
A comprehensive book on bar management. This book follows bar operation from start to finish and management. I really enjoyed it.

Got it for collage class, and could have gotten a better book. Don't know why they insisted on this book never used in class.
Did not like the layout of this book font to small was not an easy read so it makes it hard to stay interested.
