Really interesting book with kid appropriate illustrations and content. Makes my 6 year want to be an eye doctor and helps us parents answer all her kid questions such those she had when her grandmother had knee replacement surgery and when she started asking where babies come from.
My 7 year old grandson loves this book. Every day he comes to tell me a new fact he learned from its pages. Even if he doesn't choose a health career, he is learning very important information that all of us need to know. The perfect birthday or holiday gift.
I first found this book at local library and fell in love with it. The one I ordered was a newer copy and in better condition which made the book that more amazing. The pages of this book are so educationally detailed.
My eight year old son enjoyed reading all the series including this one. It is part of his library collection, always excited to read (with some assistance) and share with his siblings.
