I recently acquired a bread machine but the instructions in the booklet that came with it were pretty vague on what I needed to do for different types of bread. It was also limited on the amount of recipes that came with it as well. So I decided to purchase this book as the price was too good to pass on it. The author was able to provide everything from different recipes to the steps that need to be taken in order to make the bread in the oven, should you choose. The book was a very easy read and I was able to breeze through it in time for my bread to finish rising! The author provides extra resources at the end of the book in case something wasn’t provided. Everyone, bakers and amateurs alike, can learn something from this book.
