Language is very uncomfortable to read. "Water, of water warm variety." Again as in a previous book, the instructions provided at the beginning of the book are ignored in the recipes. Lastly, there was only one recipe in the entire book that I would even bother to try. Most of the recipes are are ordinary and unimaginative.
It has good bread recipes. But, it shows you how to make the bread in the oven not in a bread machine. And the idea was to save the kitchen from getting hot by using the bread machine. Little disappointed with this read.
Since I was a child, I always saw my mother baking bread at home and that taste much better than that of available in the market. So I decided to bake bread at home. This time, I bought this book and baked bread which was really soft and tasty.
Not a very diverse recipe book, but some are good.
I was hoping for a book that also used the bread machine to bake in. The recipes were good.
