Some reviewers commented that there were many typos in this book. The biggest problem is that the author does not have a very good command of the English language. While I get the gist of her meaning for the most part, I didn't feel inclined to try any of the recipes. I'm assuming the author put effort into creating the recipes, but I do think that if you want to publish a book in a language other than your own first language, you really need to put a lot more effort into having it properly translated. I got the book through Kindle Unlimited, and returned it.
This book is filled with a host of wonderful bread recipes. I recently bought bread machine and wanted to put it to use. I'm very glad that I purchased this recipe book so that I was able to try out so many good recipes. Thanks again for the good read.
I have been looking for a few recipes to try and I came across this book. I am so happy with the variety of options and all the nutritional facts within this book. It helps me make sure that it is the right recipe for my family.
Bread machine is a machine that allows you to make your own bread. The advantage of doing that is you do not haveto depend on bakeries for your bread. For those of you who love to get their hands dirty and prepare your own foodthis book offers some great mouth watering bread recipes. You just put in the ingredients and the machine works therest of the magic for you. Some nice recipes !
I've been trying my hand at baking bread using a bread machine I got. I loved that this book is easy to follow even though I'm a complete beginner at baking bread. It has a lot of yummy recipes and more importantly, the instructions are really quick and very easy to follow. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes baking bread.
This is well-intentioned, and obviously researched, but there were so many typos that I can't give it more than three stars. That said I'm glad I bought it and I got a lot of useful information about using my bread machine.
This book was close to being very cool. It had so many issues though. Besides the numerous typos, the author just didn't seem to put much thought into the recipes. The cresent roll recipe can't even be ised because one of the ingredients is melted cheese. That's it. Just melted cheese. Doesn't say what kind and the directions for the recipe doesn't even say when or if to put it in. A lot of the recipe directions also call for putting ingredients in according to the manufacturer. Mosr bread machines call for wet ingredients to be put in first followed by dry. It would be nice though for a little more specification from the author on when to add things. For example, when should I put in the pudding mix? I could kee going, but I am sure you could find even more isues if you venture to get this book. Giving it two stars because I can use a few of the recipes.
I tried the Cinnabon rolls....totally awesome. The bread machine is a really good way to make bread...I love it such fun.
