This pamphlet is a great reference tool for the parables of Jesus. Thirty nine parables are listed in a chart format with scriptural references. Then they are further detailed with a summary and its interpretation. On the reverse side are two short discussions on interpreting and studying the parables. A helpful step by step guide carefully lays out what we should be looking for when reading them. A must for fully understanding the point Jesus was trying to bring out in his teachings.This pamphlet is very visually engaging and would be very helpful to have handy in a Bible class or in your own personal study!
This pamphlet has a wonderful chart giving you a quick view of all the Savior's parables. I love having somewhere to look and see them all at once. Lots of information on each with some nice pictures and illustrations. I'm glad I made this perchase!
This is anothor nice way to carry the parables around with you besides your bible. Gives short but clear explanations. Its light weight and easy to carry or keep in your bible as a study guide or refence tool.
The only value in this booklet is it is brief, so if you want a quick summary of the parables of Jesus try this. Galan misses the point of some parables in his summaries, and failed to emphasize that these are single stories with a single message; attempts to find meaning in many details misses the message of parables.
