Lacking in tips and credits in headnotes.Where is this "author's" website/blog for one to ask questions or see that this person really is a baker OR even an author's profile on  besides this guy's photo.Buyers, you get what you pay for. There are many real baking writers like Martha Stewart, Alice Medrich, Dorie Greenspan who have kindle books and websites, if you want to save a buck and get the real deal.
Really easy and appealing cake recipes using common and easy to find ingredients. Well edited and easy to follow with no typos. I found many recipes I'm looking forward to making, I will probably start with the luscious Strawberry Cream Cake. Yummy.
I will definitely use several recipes to make various things for Christmas and New Year. This year I am going to have all new things. I am going to make Applesauce Spice Cake, Apricot Brandy, Peach Schnapps Pound Cake, Banana Chocolate Chip Cake and Black Russian Cake. I think it will be amazing.
