I have absolutely zero cooking/baking skills. However, since I moved out on my own, I've had to ramp up the cook books. I've always loved sourdough bread and sourdough pretzels, and pretty much everything sourdough, so I figured this would be a smart purchase. I'm happy to report that I was right and this eBook is FANTASTIC. I'm so impressed with how easy it is to comprehend and the great variety it offers. The friendly tone of the author actually makes it fun to read. I'd definitely recommend it.
So far, so good! Sourdough reminds me of my grandmother's AMAZING bread! I never got the chance to learn all of her sourdough secrets, so I'm using this book as a second chance to learn! The recipes are easy to follow, and I've already acquired a ton of valuable sourdough info. A must for anyone who likes to eat or cook sourdough! Lots to learn, and this book makes it easy!
