DISTILLED feels like a vanity publication. The binding and physical presentation are pleasing enough, but the content is meandering and uneven. The author goes into painstaking detail in some of his discussions and barely scratches the surface of, or even skips, other topics one would hope to find here. In other words, this is more coffee table book than useful treatise.
