First, this is a larger 9 3/4" x 12 1/2" coffee table size book with 222 pages including many color plate pics of vintage fishing tackle including rods, reels, lures, reels, decoys and other related fishing equipment from the 1800's to 1950's and somewhat later. Very nice color pictures, and good explanations. Not a value guide but a fairly comprehensive look at vintage fishing tackle. A very well price value comparatively.
Little disappointed in this book. Very limited in it's coverage, doesn't cover anything but the top brands. Was looking for more of a price guide.
This book was a gift to a friend and avid fisherman who used to go fishing with my father. If you want one more word, your guidelines are too strict!
My mom loved this gook, she loved reading about all the different fishing supplies
