This is a short booklet, so I will keep review short.Simply put, does 3 Ingredient Slow Cooker deliver on its promise to provide 21 Amazing & Stupdly Simple Slow Cooker Recipes?The answer is, no, not quite. There are only 15 recipes and, among the 15, many are, more or less the same dish with the primary difference being the meat or the type of vegetable, soup or sauce. Further, recipe 15 actually has four ingredients, but that is a minor point.Having stated that, the recipes are okay. In fact, my wife has provided some meals using instructions not far different from some in this book.Other shortcomings of this book is the omission of nutritional information that is important to many of us aging folks.There are some positive points, however. Recipe layout is excellent; no serious typos or misspellings; no grammatical errors.Bottom LineAs a free download today, this is a good beginner's cookbook.I'm rating it four stars out of five.
The title says there are 21 recipes, but in fact, there are only 15. While the recipes look interesting enough, I was expecting more. Yes, there are 3 bonus books offered, but nothing I am interested in getting.
Excellant easy slow cooker recipes that are good and easy to prepare, don't spend all day in the kitchen when you can prepare your dinner while you do something else. Your husband will like these easy meals and children will too.
So I haven't tried any of these recipes yet, they seem good enough, and with a 4 month old the quick and simple preparations will be welcome. However, the title of the book is 21 slow-cooker recipes, but it only has 15. Not sure what happened to the other 6, or maybe someone just can't count. At least it was free, but still, the false advertising is kinda disappointing.
There's only 15 recipes. Would give higher rating if there were actually 21 like the title states.Anyways, the 15 that are in here sound really good.
Very simple recipes for the crockpot. Quick and easy. I plan to try several of them. I enjoy easy and few ingredients and this book delivers.
