I was expecting to find good information since this book has a lot of good reviews. All the information contained in this book you can Google it easily for free. I has a lot of uncompleted information, not concluded paragraphs, and misspellings. There are only very basic descriptions given and each chapter is only a few short pages with no insight into how to improve a garden. The title of the book emphasizes hydroponics, but there is nothing particular to organic gardening in the text.
Hydroponic Gardening helps you live longer and healthier. Gardening is my favorite hobby and that's why I purchased this book for starting. This book covers different types of hydroponic systems and mediums. This book also ensures the plant nutrition and describes the importance of light in a hydroponic system. I was impressed with all the details for such a short book. I had bit knowledge about it and now I am more clear than before. It was really interesting and I enjoyed this book.
Sometimes when people get accustomed to a certain way or kind of living, they would stick to it no matter what because they are probably afraid of change or does not want to learn new things thinking that the current ones is irreplaceable. The purpose of this book is mainly opening to the public a new approach that sebserves economic growth in farming and still producing the exact same benefits. The only difference is the way we grow the plants
This Hydroponics is a nice introductory book to hydroponics with some good instructions for starting up, it gave me some great ideas. It illustrates everything that a beginning hydroponic farmer needs to know, and also this book gives detailed explanations on the inner workings of hydroponics. This book is also a helpful guide for beginner’s hydroponics gardener.
I learned a lot from this book. I haven't tried Hydroponics but it sure is interesting and I'll convince my mom to try it out. This book is very informative and you'll learn everything you need to know to start using Hydroponics. It explains what it is, the benefits, types of systems and how you can grow your plant in different ways.
I've read a number of books on hydroponic and aquaponic gardening. This is the first one to address seed starting and pests. I do wish the author had included aphids also, but maybe he will write another. But it is a good short book on how to get started, complete with setting up, soil needs, irrigation,lighting, and more. Very step-by-step, I plan to try it this spring.
Its an amazing system on the first read, as it does not utilize soil but still favors the growth of healthy plants. The logic and the methods on how to go about this Hydroponics gardening is well explained, presenting the different kinds of Hydroponics system and how to achieve ultimate goal of plant growth.
