When you look at various Raspberry Pi tutorials online, it can be quite daunting, and when it comes time to make a purchase, it can be downright overwhelming. There are so many different models and cases to consider, and there are many methods of connectivity and storage options that you have to think about as well. This book made me really aware of the things that I need to know about Raspberry Pi3.
I wish I had continued with information online instead of feeling like I had to have a book. Or pamphlet I guess, it is quite short. I was annoyed early on in the section discussing the upgraded "Model B": after listing the 10/100 Ethernet, the author's next sentence is "There are no networking capabilities with the model B... ". I know it was only $2.99 but maybe have somebody proof-read before publishing, hmmm?
Good quick start guide. It's amazing how technology has advanced over the years, small devices capable of doing great things.The raspberry pi has always attracted my interest, I'm yet to get one, and I was hoping this book would give me enough reasons to get the raspberry pi 3 as recommended by friends.I'm satisfied with the contents of this book and I would recommend it as it provides proper introduction to raspberry pi 3.

The Raspberry Pi 3 is the third generation Raspberry Pi. It replaced the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B in February 2016. In addition to programming, this book also teaches you to use the Pi 3 as an everyday computer and how that is possible. I have completed some of the projects, and I must say, they are pretty fun. I highly recommend this book to newcomers to the Raspberry Pi 3.

Raspberry Pi 3 is one remarkable gadget out there where you can do many creative and fun things with by programming it to your whim. Sure there are free tutorials on the internet but they can sometimes be confusing. This book is dedicated to teach you vital tips and tricks that would allow you to conquer this device and unleash its potential. Clearly well written and easy to follow guide from start to finish.
Chapter 1: "There are no networking capabilities with the Model B, and that's the main difference between this and Model A," Chapter 2: "Those who have been Raspberry Pi hobbyists for a while are going to be more comfortable with Model A to work on additional projects that don't need a network connection." Two minutes into this 30 page pamphlet and I am confused by the author.
