I was pleasantly surprised with the combination of the book and on-line videos. They work together very well. There has been only one little hitch and that was probably because of the different versions of InDesign. Not a problem though as I figured it out. Being a newbie at design I was very pleased with the instruction. Thanks!
I have to give the book one star, because the review system needs a star. This book/web/video product is the worst educational product I have encountered. As a totally unbiased former educator, I can safely say this. This product is poorly written, conceived, and delivered. Even the simplest matter of referring to available online practice files is a mess. Don't buy this. Adobe put its name to this product. Shame.
