We bought this book for valentine's day for our 22 month twins and they love it! They love to act out the motions with each page and enjoy all the colorful illustrations. suggested it as a valentine's day book, but other than the heart on the front of the book, nothing about it is related to the holiday. Not really a big deal, but if you're looking for a holiday themed book, this isn't it.
I was expecting more of a story to this book than I received. The heart is a big plushy on the outside of the book and the 4 pages of the book fold out. This "book" is more about the abstract pictures than a story. I'm quite disappointed in this book. It's hardly dinosaur themed and there isn't truly a story to this book. Not worth purchasing in my opinion.
We call my youngest son a snugglesaurus all the time, so I was so excited to see this book! Plus, it's written by one of our favorite kids authors! The book is so cute and it was just perfect for my son.
This book was a bit of a let down. It is really short, which is fine for a board book, but the rhymes are a bit cheesy. It almost feels like they needed a quick story and someone sat down and thought this one out on the spot in about 5 minutes. However, I must say that the pictures in this book are fantastic. Often I'll make up another story to tell my daughter while she flips through the pages because she loves the dinosaurs. Overall, not my favorite.
I loveee this book!! The picture is beautiful and vibrant, the rhyme is cute and simple, and most importantly, my baby loves it! Definitely recommended
My granddaughter loves this book. This is her second copy, she literally wore out the first one. This is the first book she grabs.
Adorable book with a touchy-feely satin heart on the cover! Was definitely a hit for a "first Valentine's Day gift"!
I bought this for my 2 year old son for Valentine's day and he loved it. The heart on front is a more pink than pictured.
