Great recipes for the body, skin and mind. I like my routine's and always put on coconut cream before I go to sleep, I had some extra time on my hand this week and tried the 'creamy vanilla bliss' and 'frosty bee lotion' (love the names by the way) and my skin feels even softer than before.
