I have a passion for tea...and the serving-wear that goes with it. This calendar has been one of my favorite finds of 2016. The teapots each month are such a surprise and so well set and photographed, what a joy...if you are into teapots...I highly recommend! :0)
In addition to lovely photos of beautiful teapots and tea settings, this has very well written little essays about various teas or china. It also functions perfectly as a wall calendar with ample room for calendar entries. A fun, useful and informative calendar. Love it.
This calendar has four months of beautiful photographs and eight months of mediocre photographs. You'll notice that the back of the calendar is not displayed so the buyer can't see what he/she is getting. Very disappointing purchase. I assume that the producers know that people want beautiful photos since they don't choose to display one of the mediocre months on the cover.
I love these calendars, my sister and I have been getting them for years. We enjoy looking at the beautiful tea sets and the yummy tea dainties. Just looking at them makes you feel special and regal.
I buy a teapot calendar every year and am never disappointed. I sometimes see the teapot set my mother once had and unfortunately threw away when she moved! Can you believe it? I was so very disappointed, but seeing all the teapots on these calendars is a nice substitute. Love it.
Every year I just have to have my teapot calendar. Each month features a beautiful table setting plus a small narrative about the history of tea and teapots. It's a large calendar with plenty of space to write your daily appointments.
I love afternoon tea and collect china, so I've been buying the teapot calendars for years. This is the best one in many years. About eight of the months have photographs that I love, whereas other recent years have had only two or three that I really liked. This 2016 calendar is more like much earlier ones, featuring mostly very pretty tea settings and fewer novelty or weird ones. I highly recommend this calendar for those who love beautiful china.The tea information provided each month is always interesting.
So cute, nice informative narratives on the right had side to get your brain thinking and beautiful pictures. I love the sets and details. Sadly the only month I didn't happen to like was my birth month one 😔 oh well.
