My wife spotted this pairing quite in a winery in Napa Valley and we decided to check out for a better price. Glad we did and we got a very useful guide to boot! We've tried several pairings that we probably wouldn't have used in the past and they have almost all worked out surprisingly well. There were several that we did not care for but you be the judge when you buy your own guide.
