I have a collection of Julie Hatfield's cookbooks, and so far, we are totally satisfied. This Cheesecake cookbook is no exception, and we simply love it! One of our favorite desserts is Cheesecake, which we grew up loving back in the Northeast & now in the Southwest, but we needed a variety of recipes, and this cookbook is the perfect choice.There are several delicious recipes to choose from, and just reading the recipes makes you crave for a mouth-watering dessert. My daughter enjoys Strawberry Cheesecake, and I enjoy Cheesecake with Chocolate. However, every recipe looks absolutely fascinating, and my guests are as happy as we are. Delicious recipes that are easy to make & satisfying. Highly recommended!

I'll make quite a few of these recipes. Great variety and easy. You can't go wrong with this book. Would make a great gift also.

So far have not found a single recipe that I don't like. The possibility are endless.
