I purchased this book because I have several in the shooters bible series and really enjoy them. I was a bit disappointed with this book. I was expecting it to cover the more common cartridges used by everyday hunters but the author focused more on large calibers that you would use on large African game as opposed to typical lower 48 game. I think the title of the book was misleading based on the actual content. But if you are interested in the big bores than this would be a good book for you.

It's got everything in this book you need to know about rifle Care and useful tips.Also unlike most books it's written in everyday language

Outstanding read, author has a great grasp of the materials. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the many chapters in this book.
