The information is somewhat dated in some regards; it was written in the early part of the 20th Century. However, it is one of the original works on the subject and the basic premises of the author have not been evidentially altered.
The Textbook of Pistols and Revolvers is a must read for all gun enthusiasts. This particular edition is beautifully bound and makes a great addition to my library. It should be a great addition to your library too.
The leather binding is beautiful, the type is perfect and it was worth far more then what I paid for the book. This one gets 8 stars out of five ... probably the best book I have ever gotten on line and, with out a doubt, the best re-printed one I have ever seen.
