I am using this album to store and display my Statehood Quarters collection.It holds both P & D quarters and they slide between two pieces of protective plastic. This keeps the coins clean and safe while still allowing them to be viewed clearly.The album seems sturdy and well made.
I work in a coin shop and we sell books like these - I ordered this prior to us opening the shop. We carry mostly the brown Dansco albums which are nice, but I really like the blue Whitman that I got. Very attractive album and perfect for my quarter collection.
My daughter has really enjoyed using this book to collect the state quarters. The plastic sleeve that slides in and out makes adding and removing quarters very easy and I like that it's smaller (size of a normal book).
Printing issue with the copy I received: the last two pages were identical, meaning there are no slots for Alaska, Hawaii, DC and Territorial Quarters. Very disappointing.
This a a nice coin holder. I love it because it has plastic sheets that slide over the quarters & helps to hold them in place and protects them as well.
My child loves it. She is looking forward to filling the book in next couple of years. I think it is good to buy online to save money. It is exactly the same as the one sold in store.
its a beautiful book that allows you to see both sides of the coin and plastic covers on both sides to prevent the oils from your hands degrading the coins
