Anyone who wants to master IIS should get this administration handbook. By far the best available. Stanek has been writing about IIS for longer than I've been working in IT and if you truly want to learn IIS, this is the book that'll teach you the core essentials. Pair with his IIS 8 web apps book for a fairly complete library of what you need to know to administer IIS. Good for beginner to seasoned pro.
