Apple's server documentation is getting better all the time, but there is a lot missing. This book not only fills the gaps in Apple's docs, it is a complete reference and training manual for Mac OS X Server 5. Well written and easy to use. This book can be used a a cover to cover training manual or as a PRN reference book. As an Apple Consultant, I find this book to be a valuable resource.One of the best smelling books available today for Apple products!

This book does what Apple intends it to do, I guess. It explains everything server does from a strictly Apple training point of view. But I was disappointed that it's not loaded with advanced tips and tricks. For that, you will still have to use the Internet.
This is perfect test prep for the server part of the ACTC exam. Also very complete if you're just wanting to know all about Server
