As a mom of a one year old boy who loves coloring in my free time for fun, to relax or relieve stress, I'm loving this book! #MomLife by papeterie bleu is a unique fun filled book for all the mother's out there who love coloring as I do. The pages are thick enough for both pencils, markers or gel pens and are one sided, which I think is always a great thing. Just make sure to have a page or two underneath so it does not bleed onto the next page if using markers or gel pens. Every single page is unique from the rest and the book itself has both simple and intricate well detailed pages for anyone to love. Some feature terrible two's, normalize breastfeeding, wine, potty training etc for me personally I love the, "little dude" and "normalize breastfeeding" as they both mean something to me as a new mother. Everyone will find something they can relate to though! This is the first book I've seen so far geared towards moms and really captures across the board what #momlife is about!The cover itself is hilarious, because all moms will instantly relate to the meaning! The first time I saw it I literally snickered and thought, "Yep, so true!" I really do think this is a great book and would be a great gift for all mom's out there, especially with mother's day coming up next month! And if you know of any moms currently expecting who also love to color this would be a great gift for them as well.I received this book apart of the preferred reviewer program for free in exchange for an honest review.
If you are a mom of toddlers or have ever been a mom of toddlers, you will recognize the truisms in this book. I certainly remember those days of just wanting to be allowed to close the bathroom door once in a while. Picturing a mom trying to steal five minutes in the bathroom with her coloring book made me smile, and remember.This book is printed on a nice paper that colors well with colored pencils and gel pens alike. The images are printed on one side only and the spine of the book does not fight you when you try to flatten it.The drawings in this book are a good assortment of intricate and detailed and and those that are less so.Do a new mom a favor and gift her with this book and a set of colored pencils and then offer to babysit for a couple of hours.This coloring book was provided to me free of charge for reviewing purposes.
I literally laughed out loud with some of the verses that are on some of the pages in this awesome Mom Life coloring book.Some of the pages fit my life to the max being a mother.Mom life is not easy but very enjoyable for most part just as this coloring book is enjoyable.This Mom Life coloring book is fantastic to give as a gift thats expecting a child or someone with smaller children.This coloring book has a ton of pictures to color a max of 68 pages to fill your coloring needs.When stress of motherhood or every day life hits you settle down with this coloring book and get a good laugh and relax and become stress free while you are focusing your time on bringing these coloring pages to life.Each coloring page is perfect to be colored with gel pens,markers,or even colored pencils.Whichever you prefer will look amazing on these pages.This coloring book is a tad bigger than your traditional size 8x10 picture frame.Each image is printed to itself and offers a blank canvas on the back of each picture so you do not have to worry about your inks bleeding into the next picture.This coloring book is by far the best one to relate to my life and my life when my kiddo was younger.It brings back so many memories and yet still makes me so thankful to be a mom.I received this coloring book at a free price in exchange for my honest review.
Received for free for my honest review. The pages are beautifully illustrated. Its a thick adult coloring book with nice thick pages. I use mostly gel pens to color to bring out pages and make It pop. I do also use colored pencils too but it's nice to know you can use either on these nice thick pages. It has lots of designs I'm not use to so I colored two pages so far and really liked the end result. This book is perfect for that mom that has kids. A lot of cute funny pictures through the book. The pages are not too easy and not to hard to color. Sometimes I want to just color something that is not time consuming so this book has both. Pages with lots of detail and pages for coloring that doesn't take a lot of time. I really liked that it has both. See pics below.
This is one of the funniest coloring books I've seen! All of the designs are all so true to moms. This would be a great gift for Mothers Day for any mom you know! This book has 30 different designs printed on one side only. The pages are not perforated, so if using a marker place a blotter paper behind your page. Some brands of makers bleed though while others don't.
