This was everything (and more) that I wanted to know about treasure hunting. I was surprised by the various levels of treasure hunting, the unusual locations listed, and also finding things that are of no intrinsic value but have historical interest. Hopefully, this will be a hobby that my husband and I can share for years to come.
This was something I picked up for my brother in law, who uses a metal dectector as a hobby. He's currently in the middle of reading it, and has had nothing but praise for the book. Best part is because of its softcover,its easy for him to tuck into a coat pocket and bring with him to reference in the field.
Lots of good advice and some very helpful tips.
Overall - a very comprehensive work. Good buy. I don't hesitate to recommend it . For the beginner or experienced treasure hunter.
I already had several of his books which I've read several times, a really good writer an story teller who has lived the life of a treasure hunter. Any of his books are worth getting.
