When you think of paella you bring to mind the traditional dish with chicken and seafood. This book contains other ingredient recipes. If you eat a lot of rice you might be interested in this book. You will not get tired of these dishes.
After I received this cookbook I did some looking to find out just what pealla was and found out it is a certain kind of dish. The recipes all sound delicious and the ones I have tried taste just as good as they sound. Thank you and enjoy your meal and enjoy your day.
The recipes in this book look to be delicious. There are recipes for Seafood, Meat, and Vegetable Paellas, so that should cover everything quite nicely. I was introduced to Paellas when I lived in New York City, and I really loved them, so I had to get this book. There are no photos of each dish, but there is prep time and serving counts given. No nutritional info. The book is well formatted with the table of contents containing links to each dish for easy navigation, as well as page breaks after each recipe so they don't run together at all.
Very nice selection of paella recipes. The one I chose was a big success with some Greek friends who know good paella. Thanks!
