I love sushi and this cookbook is a must have for any sushi lover. I'm not sure why anyone would say that this book is unorganized because I actually found it to be VERY ORGANIZED. Everything is neatly sorted in categories of pretty much all types of sushi and in the beginning it starts with 3 different sushi rice recipes. It also has a lot of very interesting information about sushi throughout the book. If you love sushi like I do, you'll love this book!
The three star rating was necessary simply because many instructions were difficult to follow without pictures or drawings. I am eager to follow some of these recipes but it is not clear as just how to do some. An index defining many ingredients would also improve my understanding. Other than that the book was very interesting and really has increased my curiosity to learn more of the Japanese cuisine.
I have learned so much about sushi from this amazing book! It is easy to follow the recipies and what you get is delicious fresh sushi! Definitely worth the bucks. Easy as pie. I would definitely recommend this recipe book to beginners that want to make sushi, and wants to make delicious fresh sushi. Great for sushi lovers! :)
