Packaging was sufficient, and product was brand new. There was a ridiculously small price difference in the one I BOUGHT, and the one my school wanted to rent me. Which was the reason I purchased my very own, so that I could mark it up, and color in it like a 5 year old!

Very informative. Somewhat dry but that's to be expected, it is a textbook. At this point it is probably a little outdated.

This book says in the description that there are 15 chapters. I have bought this book twice and they keep sending me the wrong edition with only 11 chapters.
